That it's good to be full of yourself. She takes it as a compliment. Because if you are full of yourself, if you put yourself first. You are at your full capacity to support others.

If you cant look after yourself how do you expect to look after anyone else?

Coaching has been life changing for me, personally and professionally and I want to share a few things that Ive learnt, hoping it will help you...

👉 Don't expect your clients to do the work if you aren't doing the work. I realised early on in my Coaching journey that to make the impact I want to make in the world I cant do it alone.

As a coach I believe I must have a coach and mentor so I am constantly growing as well.

👉It takes a village. Community has been one of the best parts of the coaching world for me. I know Im going to piss some people off with this comment but I really, truly believe that one on one coaching sucks.

Why be coached by one person when you can have a whole tribe of support? Of different views and opinions, tools and resources.

👉Reward the people that do the work. The needy, non committed, wanting it all for free or cheap clients are just going to suck your energy like a vampire.

Think about the last time you bought something really expensive, you wanted it, you made it happen, you committed to using it because it was so incredibly important to you. If your clients aren't willing to pay a minimum 5 figures to change their life - are they really committed to change?

👉If you want to be truly happy and be your true authentic self let go of needing to make everyone your best friend. You know that you're truly stepping into your power when you don't care if people hate you.

Because to be honest, they're probably in the cheap seats, the only opinions that matter to me now are the opinions of those that are open and vulnerable just like me, that work with integrity and a genuine care for those around them. That put themselves first put also help others, that tell me Ive f*cked up because they want to help me grow.

Don't let the haters pull you down, if anything, let them drive you to be better and not stoop to their level.

👉LOOK AFTER YOURSELF FIRST. I am so lucky to have such an amazing tribe of coaches in my circle that have helped me grow and Level Up so much in this past year. And one of the biggest things Ive learnt from them is to take time off, enjoy life, running a successful company does not need to be go go go 24/7.

We have now adopted this into Level Up Formula for our clients and its providing EPIC clarity and results, having them work in cycles which includes taking time off, SCHEDULED time off not I'll do it when I get here or there, because as ambitious entrepreneurs we always have that next goal, that next milestone.

I'm off to Italy for 5 nights, then on a boat in the mediterranean for two weeks. My first holiday in three years since starting my business. I feel so privileged to have such an amazing team in Natalie Greene, Kara Nelson, Georgia Findley, Danica LevelUp, Iante Boshoff Rademeyer, and Yasmine Charif (and our more recent additions Jyry Korkatti and Manaia Huta) You guys absolutely rock and its amazing to know you share the same passion and vision as me to genuinely want to help our clients succeed.

Love you all x
